Job Description:
•Support department projects and activities in China
•Support customer relation management and escalation
•Support customer ticket handling, analysis
•Support on information collection and consolidation
Job Requirements:
•Major in computer science, information systems or related computer field.
•Proficient in Microsoft office tools like excel, work, PowerPoint.
•A good spoken and written command of English and Chinese.
•Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
•Proactive, fast leaner and able to work independently with high efficiency.
•Able to work at least 3 days a week for 4 months.
