人事行政实习生

Administration Trainee

(面向2021届应届生,有转正机会)

Job Objective:

As an important part of ADM team, we play together to create a great place & atmosphere for all team members, by offering satisfactory administrative service with continuous improvement mindset

My Main Responsibilities:

1. Office Travel & Mobility Management

  • I provide & guarantee the travelling management system(Resource/Tools/Procedures, etc) be safety, efficiently & user-friendly;

  • I provide the efficient & professional travelling solution & supporting to our business team;

  • I facilitate & support the international employees’ management, guarantee all actions & arrangement respect the legal guidance;

  • I manage the vendor to guarantee the security, service quality and the best price. 

  • 2. Environment & Safety Optimization

  • Through Health and Safety System Management, I support my team to take care and ensure the employees healthy and site security.

  • I ensure a lean, efficiency & comfortable working environment through different project, such as 5S, office decoration, etc.

  • 3. Company Culture Boosting

  • I support to boost & optimize the sportive culture & atmosphere of the company

  • Together with my team to provide warm and high-quality welcome & communication system to internal teammates and external visitors in line with our company culture

  • Together with my team to organize office level activities & projects in collective and creative way.

  • 4. Project Management

  • I’m involved into the different projects of Shenzhen office and China Zone, as a Leader, or Resource, etc.

  • 5. Human Management

  • I optimize the cleaners’ work and manage their performance.

  • 6.HR Compensation & Benefit Mission

  • I learn and support basic compensation & benefit business.

  • I am responsible for the employee relationship: entry, leave and transfer process.

  • I maintain the HR system.

  • I cooperate and manage suppliers to guarantee the service quality and efficiency.

  • My Skills & Experiences:

  • Sportive, positive, full of energy;

  • Active, good on communication;

  • Sensitive on Human, willing to provide the efficient and friendly service to internal and external customers;

  • Strong on organization and formalization, can handle multi-tasks at the same time;

  • Can adapt to change, with strong sense of continuous improvement;

  • Creative, jump out of box;

  • Eager to drive the result, dare to make decision;

  • Fluent English;

  • Bachelor or above education background.
