Job Duties: 1.Assist logistics in handling daily import and export shipping processes; 2.Help in monitoring the flow of cargos; 3.Glovia data input & update; 4.Logistics filing, including quotes, shipments, import, etc.; 5.Go to Customs Office or CIQ to apply for necessary import and export docs; 6.Communicate with broker to do the goods clearance; 7.Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner; 8.Assist other materials roles (Procurement, Scheduling) as required by workload; 9.Other things requested by Supervisor. ​ Requirements: 1.Major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or other related fields, 2017 bachelor graduates; 2.Relevant intern experience in logistics/foreign trade is a plus; 3.Good communication skills both in English and Chinese; 4.CET-6 or above; 5.Good computer skills, including WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.; 6.Ability to learn and use ERP, and shipping software; 7.Detail-oriented, with good planning, organization and execution capabilities, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure; 8.Good work ethic and team work spirit; 9.Able to work at least 3 days a week and last for at least 6 months.
