Responsibilities:

The IT support intern will be engaged in the daily IT support work in IT team, the main responsibilities will include:

1.     Conduct research to plan, design and implement new technology, projects, systems, infrastructure and policies.

2.     Manage any relocation and renovation plans.

3.     Assist end-users in the day-to-day use of all supported desktop hardware, software and information resources.

4.     Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware/software problems as reported.

5.     Assist in receiving, configuring, and deployment of new PCs, printers and other computing equipment.

6.     Help coordinate and perform technical "triage"

7.     Identify and escalate network related problems and issues

8.     Assess existing, new technologies and information resources to identify those worthy of additional research, planning and possible implementation

9.     Develop or update documentation as needed

10.    Project management.

Requirements:

1.   University student, major in computer is preferred. Can offer at least 3-4 days per week, 5 days is preferred; Work at least for 6 months.  More than 6 months is preferred.

2.   Sound technical knowledge and full understanding of all systems and infrastructure like TCP/IP networking, Windows OSs, VPN, etc.

3.   Good communicative skills in written & oral English. CET-6 is a must.

4.   Strong interpersonal skills.

5.   Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).

6.   Attention to detail-quality control skills.

7.   Ability to multi task in fast-paced environment.
