The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with good communication and collaboration skills and a passion for risk management. •了解操作风险指引与管理工具，并应用于操作风险日常工作实践中 Understanding operational risk policies and management tools and apply them to the daily practice of managing operational risk •与协调员和相关业务流程所有者合作，维护损失数据并报告操作风险事件，提供基于风险的解决方案以解决关切问题 Working with coordinators and relevant operational process owners to maintain operational risk loss data and report operational risk incidents with risk-based solutions to address concerns •编写各种报告，宣传风险控制的有效性，并报告问题和建议，以降低风险/损失 Assist in loss data analysis, prepare various reports to communicate the effectiveness of risk controls and report issues and recommendations to mitigate risk and loss •在风险管理部门和其他业务部门之间建立协作关系，在整个组织内提高风险意识 Building collaborative relationships between risk management and other business units, promoting risk awareness in the company 工作要求: Working Requirement: •工作天数: 每周三-四工作日Working days: 3 to 4 working days per week •实习期:3-6个月Intern period: 3-6 months •工作时间: 早9晚6 Working hour: 9am to 6pm •熟练使用办公软件(如PowerPoint, Excel or Smartsheets) •Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel or Smartsheets)
