Qualification: ● Bachelor’s degree or higher from universities located in Shanghai. ● Demonstrated interest in facility management and energy efficiency practices. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to summarize daily operational issues using clear, logical reasoning. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint. CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or higher certification is advantageous. ● At least 4 days per week during summer holidays and 2 days per week in the following academic semester.
