Responsibilities:
-To process payments upon management’s validation and approval -To handle overseas transactions which are required to physically visit the company’s bank, e.g. foreign currency conversion and its related filing to the company’s Bank and PRC’s Foreign Exchange Bureau -Issuance of VAT (output) tax invoices (Fapiao), as well as the application of it upon the approval by tax authorities -Authentication of VAT (input) tax invoices (Fapiao) so as to ensure that we can claim as much as input VAT tax that we could possible obtain -Reimbursement examination -To inspect tax invoice (Fapiao) provided by the vendors of all kinds to ensure the compliance of the requirements in terms of Fapiao set by tax authority -To assist Accountant in all the documentation and filing work of company’s account books in compliance with PRC’s laws and regulations -Other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements: -Bachelor degree or equivalent and major in Accounting -Hardworking, quick response, get things done and detail oriented -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, especially Excel-Written and reading English skills are required
-At least 4 days a week, 4 months above.
