VSM (Value Stream Management) & TM (Tooling Management) team is one of the functions in BMW China Service Ltd., mainly responsible for optimizing supply chain production system & implementing excellent tool management methods. Our intern tasks: - Support VSM & TM expert daily operational work, including Value stream project mapping, tooling project timeline management including project creation and close; service budget double check etc. - VSM &TM database update and maintenance, including projects information input, project timeline tracking, project status update, and nomination proposals combined in planning. - Meetings organize and prepare, e.g meeting room booking, meeting agenda arrangement, report preparation and team building event arrangement. - Team member travel plan set up support. - Other additional assignments include training video editing tasks.
