岗位职责:
1. Check marketing cost purchase orders to insure correct internal order & cost center and remind marketing department to do goods receipt in time.
检查营销费用采购订单,保证正确的内部订单号和成本中心,并提醒业务部门及时收货。
2. Marketing budget system maintenance, adjust system budget in time based on management decision.
营销预算系统维护,根据管理层的决定及时调整系统预算。
3. Check marketing cost plan / forecast accuracy in MAPS system, and be the contact person to help marketing department solve related problems.
检查营销费用计划/预测在MAPS系统的准确性,并作为联系人帮助业务部门解决相关问题。
4. Submit IC charging of shared service within BSH
提交集团共享费用结算的开票申请
5. Support on ad hoc tasks especially coming from the top management
为临时或突发性任务提供支持(特别是来自最高管理层的临时任务)
教育背景:
Bachelor's degree or above
本科及以上
特定专业知识:
1. Financial Management / Accounting / Business Administration is preferred.
财务管理、会计、工商管理专业优先
2. Good command of Excel skills
熟练掌握Excel技能
3. Good learning, communication and teamwork skills
良好的学习、沟通和团队合作能力
4. Minimum of 3.5 or 4 full days of attendance per week guaranteed
保证每周至少有3.5或4个全天的出勤时间
