Position Description (Major tasks, Value added, Contribution context)
Assist on preparing forms and documents of foreign employees to be presented to immigration authority Support foreign employees benefits related contracts management and reimbursement operations. Assist translation of foreign currency transaction related documents and contracts(CN&EN). Support HR communication process, such as using Word and Excel to mail merge letters to employees. Support Compensation and Benefit data consolidation, such as collecting and filing documents in both hard copies and soft copies. Other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s students. Proficient in MS Office(i.e. excel, word, ppt.) Good capability in English. Good communication skills and learning abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Can work 3 months plus, 2 days per week.
