Key Accountabilities • Support data collection and coordination for new PMS implementation initiatives • Assist with research and analysis related to resorts activity management Education Undergraduate student majoring in Hospitality, English, or a related field is preferred Experience Not required Technical Skills and Knowledge • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Comfortable using AI tools to support productivity and data analysis • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks • Open‑minded, collaborative, and receptive to feedback when working with diverse stakeholders
