ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Prepare various analysis reports to review store sales performance
b. Explore the opportunities and risks in sales performance and propose improvement plan
c. Take lead in the discussion with related functions to set proper sales target
d. Take lead in sales reforecast and providing pre-alert to management for potential sales gap to achieve company annual target
e. Assist Senior Manager in preparing the annual budget and developing related modeling tools
f. Jointly work with Merchandise and Logistics departments in stock analysis and control
g. Assist Senior Manager in implementation and improvement of Business Intelligence Tool and other reporting system
h. Actively take part in SAP and other system implementation projects
i. Prepare other ad-hoc reporting and analysis
SKILL AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
a. Knowledge and Skills:
i. University degree in financial or business management
ii. Logic thinking and excellent analysis skills
iii. Expert in Excel and Power Point
iv. Knowledge of ERP / BI system (SAP, Hyperion, BI)
v. Excellent communication skills required
vi. Team player with ability of influencing related business partners;
vii. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
