Job description
Routine store daily operation work follow up (data checking & consolidation) and daily communication with stores.
In-store activity assisting, on-site support.
Support retail projects, coordinate with relevant parties, materials translation and delivery arrangement.
Vendor creation, contract stamping, payment application in the system.

Other daily department administrative tasks.
Requirements & Capabilities
Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills, well-organized, detail-minded with strong ownership
Retail related internship experience is preferred
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Minimum 4 days per week, at least 3 months

店内活动协助、现场支持。
根据业务需求支持零售运营项目,跨部门协调,进行材料翻译和物料交付。
在系统中创建供应商、合同盖章和付款申请。
翻译产品相关资料
维护线上学习平台( 课程更新,活动布置等)
支持零售培训的相关事务
完成其他日常部门行政任务。
Requirements & Capabilities
掌握Microsoft Excel 技能
良好的沟通能力、条理清晰、注重细节、有责任心
有零售行业相关实习经验者优先考虑
英语书写和口语流利
每周工作 4-5 天,至少3个月
