L’Oréal China CDO –Social team internship
L’Oréal China Chief Digital Officer team collaboratively works with brand teams as digital business partner. Social team is looking for an intern to work on KOL quantitative and qualitative performance review on main social platforms (e.g. Weibo, WeChat, Red, Douyin, Bilibili) for L’Oréal China 20+ brands. We look forward to your vigorous and unique perspective and insights!
Main objectives:
· Track KOL campaign posts and monitor KOL performance of all L’Oréal China brands at corporate level
· Communicate with brand digital teams and agencies to collectively ensure data accuracy for analysis support
· Catch social trends to deliver insightful analysis
Main tasks:
· Data collection and cleansing;
· Cross brands/function communication;
· Drive findings and insights from data to form report;
· Project follow-ups
Requirements:
· Skilled in data analysis;
· Professional of both Excel and PPT
· Fluent in both English and Mandarin (oral and written)
· Adapt at multi-task management within limited time
· Passionate about KOL campaign analysis
· Major in Marketing / Digital / Business Analysis with beauty industry internship is preferred
· Minimum 4 days per week, 5 days is preferred, for at least 6 months
