Who We Are
Born in 1980, Alexandre Mattiussi studied at Duperré fashion design school in Paris.
After formative experiences in several fashion houses - travelling between Paris, Milan and New York - the designer decided in 2011 to launch his own brand: AMI.
Created in Paris and inspired by this city ever since, AMI offers stylish and comprehensive wardrobes for men and women, blurring the boundaries between casual and chic.
The name AMI, the French word for friend, plays with the initials of Alexandre Mattiussi.
AMI captures a particular type of the French capital's nonchalance, one that is relaxed, authentic and friendly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• CRM data analysis which includes member data cleaning, CRM user behavior analysis, and CRM operational result analysis based on the database.
• Manage data quality related requirements, provide monthly updates and summary.
• Involvement in CRM operations, assisting in precise CRM marketing, lifecycle communication, copywriting, sending communications, and summarizing outcomes.
• Work with retail team to handle consumer requests and complete system operations.
• Assist in daily administrative management.
• Other tasks assigned.
Requirements & Capabilities:
• Great communication skills and have a certain ability to withstand pressure
• Attention to detail in daily working
• Work efficiently, communicate well and be good at teamwork
• Proficiency in Excel, office tools, and data analysis.
• You can work at least 3 days a week, work for more than 6 months are preferred
• Good English reading and writing abilities.
