职责： 1.在投标阶段，在3D设计师的领导下，创建空间、物品和生产项目的模型和效果图，以便在预算要求范围内为潜在客户提供概念和布局的真实视觉想法。 2.确定材料和饰面的方向。 3.一旦项目进入生产阶段，应开发设计，为供应商提供即用图纸，并为顺利执行做出贡献（工厂和活动现场质量检查等），这项工作可能需要在最后一刻进行修改，以尽可能让客户满意。 4.在风格、材料和生产工艺方面，随时了解市场趋势并进行研究。 任职资格： 1.该职位对中国公民和有资格申请工作签证的外国申请人开放。 2.设计专业学士学位（或在读）。 4.熟悉从开始到结束的设计流程。 5.熟练使用 3D Studio Max、illustrator、Photoshop、Auto CAD 或其他类似的 3D 和渲染软件。对美学有深刻的认识和感悟。 6.具有团队合作能力，对任务负责。 7.流利的中文，熟练的英语。 8.善于处理细节。 9.有潜力培养对活动管理的热情。 RESPONSABILITIES 1.During the pitching phase, working under the lead of the 3D Designer, responsible for creating models and renderings of spaces, objects and production items in order to give prospective clients a realistic visual idea of concepts and layouts within their budget requirements. 2.Establishes directions for materials and finishes. 3.Once projects move into production, should develop the designs, provide ready-to-use drawings for the agency’s vendors and contribute to a smooth execution (factory & event site quality checks, etc.) The job may require making last-minute modifications in order to keep clients as happy as possible. 4.Stays up-to-date on market trends and research in terms of style, materials & manufacturing processes. QUALIFICATIONS： 1.Position open to Chinese nationals & foreign applicants eligible to a Work-VISA. 2.Bachelor degree (or undergoing) required. 3.Familiar with the design process from start to finish. 4.Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, illustrator, Photoshop, Auto CAD or other similar 3D and rendering software. Profound knowledge of aesthetics and has great sense about it. 5.Ability to work in a team, Responsible to be held accountable for tasks. 6.Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English. 7.Great with details. 8.Potential to develop a passion for event management.
