The Role The primary purpose of this position is to support marine team to provide customers with the highest possible level of service.  This includes responsibility for all communication in the area of servicing and maintaining of customer documents. Essential duties & Responsibilities :   • Support the team in every aspect of client and market service delivery. • Providing support to the team by delivering timely and accurate production of insurance documentation and client billing • Support the team in marketing, negotiating, placing and on-going servicing of clients’ business. • Supporting internal governance, compliance and operational work. • Responding to clients on insurance and market information as required. • Basic account handling
