- Monitor fulfillment performance and metrics in the order fulfillment pipeline. - Dive into data, and identify improvement area - Provide data support for team operations, projects and ad hoc requests. - Perform other ad hoc tasks per assigned

- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills - Ability to work cross-functional within China organization and across Amazon locales - Candidate must have basic Supply Chain and Operations Research knowledge through work experience or coursework - Proficient in Excel and SQL - Strong verbal and written English and Chinese - Candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, supply chain/operations research or business administration. Master’s degree or MBA is strongly desired
