Roles and Responsibilities：

1. Market research for new packaging design, material, technology and its feasible application / use case within RBCD which can support physical logistic quality, cost and efficiency improvement. Actively approach related warehouse engineering colleagues and package design engineers, to align the effectiveness of identified ideas, tools and its implementation plan.

2. New validation technology to fast package releasing process time (VSDia, identify bottleneck of validation plan, market research, new testing technology introduction etc.)

3. Support in packaging 2nd source releasing.

4. Support in packaging validation test.

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience:

1. Good knowledge in packaging engineering, e.g. structure design, material selection etc

2. Basic knowledge for physical material flow.

3. Good knowledge in CAD and ProE and basic project management skills
