工作内容:
Part I: Data Analytics Work:
• Set up routine reports and tools for RMCC hotels and maintain data mapping systems.
• Maintain, update, and distribute reports to relevant business partners, ensuring all tasks are completed with high quality and accuracy.
• Support Revenue Managers and Directors in the RMCC to ensure a consistent delivery of Revenue Management reporting materials and to drive business processes forward.
• Assist and support ongoing data analytics projects to drive commercial value and operation efficiency.
Part II: Administrative Work
• Perform administrative work for the office to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Plan, organize, and deliver RMCC APAC office social events in collaboration with other team members.
岗位要求:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Good communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills, both in Mandarin and English.
• Proficiency and previous experience with Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Table) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain quality standards by adhering to guidance.
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to analyse data, identify major business trends, and present the findings.
• Warm, positive, friendly, and open-minded personality with a growth mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated.
• Previous project experience with SQL/VBA/Python/R/MicroStrategy/Tableau/Power BI/Power Automate is a plus.
• Professional knowledge or previous experience in the hotel/travel industry is a plus.
