Perform market analysis on targeted category, identify Asian vendors using comprehensive sources, and propose a short list of vendors

Monitor initial phase of assessment process : RFI,  administrative evaluation (Financial analysis, …),

Contribute to the Due Diligence analysis (internet search,…)scorecard creation, compliance)

Support the CFT process with selected suppliers (e-RFx or standard paper format), support the clarification and negotiation,

Establish a feedback after the CFT award to identify potential room of improvement, to share with suppliers

Contribute to the update of the métier applications and Sourcing dashboard

Prepare supplier snapshot

Perform analyses on demand on a selected portfolio, scope

Prepare suppliers performance reviews for selected supplier

Update Chinese index (key materials price, manufacturing wages,…)

Contribute to data analysis, statistics and update for supplier database;

Language: Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English

Skills:

Sound business, commercial and negotiation skills, ability to work in cross functionality/networking

Autonomy, ability to take initiatives, commitment and ownership, team player

Strong familiarity with MS office (e.g. Word, Excel, PPT)

Good writing and speaking skills in English
