Make beverage prototypes based on formulation provided
Support test for raw material, samples and other beverages
Maintain laboratory and sample inventory of ingredients and supplies
Be responsible for equipment operation & maintenance in the lab
Support demos for internal and external customers
Submission of samples for analytical and sensory evaluation
Plan, conduct and coordinate stability studies, manage ingredient orders, expiration, handling, prepare batch sheets, ensure product meets specifications
Background: Undergraduate major in Food Science or Chemistry relate
Others: can work at least 3 days a week, continuously work for more than 3 months
