紧密协助操作人员，负责完成客户各种类型海运货物出口文件制作。 Be responsible for various Sea Freight export documentation, work closely with Operatiion clerk.

1、根据操作同事订舱信息，并且依据客户要求（SOP），录入Ligentia操作系统 According to Booking information from Operation clerk, apply to client's special requirement as well, input Ligentia system 2、确认实际船期（ATD）并且根据船公司要求，及时提供补料（SI) Confirm the actual shipping schedule(ATD) and the cut off time line from carrier, provide the Shipping Information（SI) 3、和船公司/船代确认，及时获取正本/电放提单 Check Master Waybill(MBL) draft with carrier / Booking agent and get the original/Telex Releaseed MBL within due date 4、制作货代提单并且收到货主确认开出正本提单 Prepare HBL draft and issue original one once confirmed by supplier 5、确保货物出运后文件归档 Ensure all the documents filling according to requirememnts
