Job Descriptions:

1. We are looking for a person who is very responsible and liable for catching every error log from monitoring tools.

2. We are looking for a person who like to communicate with 2nd line operation specialist for following up an incident which may impact our customer business.

3. We are looking for a person who is diligent and hard-working for 24*7 shifts.

4. We are looking for a person who like to learn about IT knowledge even from zero.

5. You will have chances to work globally with Danish, Philippines,Czechs employees. English is office language, and we also can provide foreigner English teacher for improving your English level.

6. You will learn and follow ITIL processes to work for IT service.

7. Beside shift working days, you can work with flexible working hours, no check in nor check out attendance management.

NNIT will provide necessary training on the technology related with your business field, English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.

Your profile:

1. A bachelor degree in IT field is a plus.

2. You have good knowledge of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

3. Can work independently under pressure.

4. Fast leaner and potential development.
