Position Overview
We are seeking an intern to support the Digital Innovation Manager and Market Intelligence Manager with data analysis, research, and insights generation about the luxury industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with strategic decisions at an iconic luxury group.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Innovation
1. Support Maisons’ innovation projects and facilitate internal processes for innovation projects.
2. Scout and screen digital innovation solutions and form solution mapping for Maison’s reference.
3. Assist in managing the relationships and meeting with external tech partners, including major tech platforms and startup vendors.
4. Monitor Innovation movement of the luxury industry and prepare newsletter.
Market Intelligence
1. Perform market research and data analysis on competitors, consumers, social media trends, industry innovations, and brand performance.
2. Source and compile data from internal systems, external vendors, public filings, etc.
3. Provide ad hoc analytical and administrative support to the Market Intelligence
Manager.

Candidate Requirements
1. Studying in a leading university, junior year and above, any major with below skills are welcomed.
2. At least 4 days a week for 4 months. Long term (6 months) commitment is preferred.
3. Strong ownership, strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-task abilities. Must have research-related internship experience.
4. Business proficiency in English and Chinese.
5. Highly organized and attentive to detail.
6. Passion for the luxury industry.
