Job Summary: - OC PD group is working on delivering the marketing of new product grid projects, efficacy validation, formula and process optimization for Oral Care categories in Asia Pacific. Major Responsibilities: - Coordinates and communicates with external labs for efficacy validation. Supports chemists to build up in-vitro capability externally. - Works together with chemists to ensure the development of the product meets all formulation requirements and successful scalability. - Support instrument installation and validation, including 3Q report, training and actions required in eMOC systems and so on. - Evaluates new oral care products stability performance. - Explores creative novel claims, language and digs out its potential substantiation. - Competitor research online/offline, trend analysis. Required qualifications - Education/ Experience: Studying M.S. (preferred) or B.S. year 2 or above in Materials, Chemistry, Polymer, Physical Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or other related fields - Nice to have: relevant internship or project experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry Key competencies: - Strong experimental practical ability - Scientific research mindset and knowledge - Good logical thinking ability - Familiar with office software - Maintain good communication and data collection abilities
