Job Title: TLL | Disposition Intern Division/Department: Logistics Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: 1. First contact within Logistics for all production effecting issues. 2. The position serves to ensure the supply of production with purchasing parts from a defined base of local/ SKD/CKD suppliers in a cost-optimal manner for VW project. 3. Taking into account the targets for the range of storage sources of the LC/SKD/CKD parts for VW project. 4. Order LC/SKD/CKD material from supplier according to production program and control production material in a reasonable stock level with cost-saving thinking. 5. Prepare pipelines for long term shortage risk suppliers, keep close tracking for each delivery and monitor the long term capacity development by making risk mitigation measures. 6. Cooperation in the startup and shutdown control due to technical changes and localization (e.g. SOP/EOP/Material switching control) Our Qualification: 1. You have supply chain management experience. 2. You have supplier management experience. 3. You have very good communication skills, conflict and problem solving skills. 4. Data analyze skills is preferable. 5. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 6. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong. 7. You are available for the full-time internship for 5-6 months.
