About This Position
This position is integrated among CRM, Sales & Business Analysis, thus requiring a high level of proactivity and a self-driven mindset. You will be placed in ITC Strategy & Consulting Department, delivering on our digital transformation services and communicating directly with the clients mainly in English. In addition, you will also occasionally help our Consulting team on their strategy proposals to win more deals.
Responsibilities:
Your role will be a perfect mix of a cycle:
CRM Management & Reporting:
- Take ownership of CRM activities and regular updates for sales, lead & contact management
- Ensure the systems and processes are properly respected
- Assist in weekly and monthly reports and present results: revenue detected, and revenue signed, the competition and the market, market trends, analysis
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement that deliver competitive advantage for ITC in terms of service offerings, scalability, simplicity, and cost
- Use Excel or other analtyics tools to run pivot tables, identify trends and propose action - courses to further enhance company’s activities
Lead Generation / Business Development to attract new business opportunities:
- Make outbound communications to prospective customers in order to plan meetings for the managing team
- Attend & assist project qualification meetings, pitch meetings and negotiation meetings with meeting summaries
- Assist in strategic planning and implementation for lead generation
Proposals & Marketing:
- Build highly tailor-made & illustrative Sales & Strategy proposals to win the clients
- Work with Strategy team, IT team and Design team to clarify scope & requirements
- Support updating company profiles and internal marketing materials for publication
