Coordinate with local markets and global teams to consolidate information, support annual planning, prepare monthly updates, and track execution progress across APAC.
3.Content Production & Asset Management
Support product shootings, creative asset production, asset management, and content deployment across digital channels and e-commerce platforms.
4.Digital Performance & Content Testing
Support content and asset performance analysis, assist in A/B testing initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve digital visibility, engagement, and conversion.
5. Market Intelligence & Best Practices
Conduct competitor benchmarking, monitor digital trends, and identify industry best practices and growth opportunities across markets and platforms.
6. Cross-functional Project Support
Support ad-hoc digital business, design, and regional transformation projects across the APAC Digital Hub.
7. AI Transformation Initiatives Support
Support the company's AI transformation initiatives and digital business coordination by identifying opportunities to improve business processes, productivity, and collaboration through AI and digital solutions.
Requirements
-Student in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, Design, or related fields.
-Strong communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or content management is a plus.
-Passionate about beauty, luxury brands, digital innovation, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
