1. Purpose of the Position

The Solution Engineer is responsible for implement workflows and analysis templates of a customer specific solution. He is in close contact with the customer and finds the best solution for the customer regarding time and money. He makes sure no unnecessary steps and features are implemented and ensures a lean solution.

2. Main Tasks

 Champions a structured approach to business application solutions

 Implements customer specific analysis templates for jBEAM

 Sets up MaDaM in a customer specific way with all the necessary configurations

 Assures implementations not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely aligned with the standards guidelines of technology solutions

 Influences changes to standards when necessary

 Develops and executes solutions which improve the reusability of individual components

 Is in close collaboration with TEC in order to develop new features to the standard product

 Specifies requirements for TEC

 Accompanies implementation and acts as a PO for solutions towards TEC

 Ensures solution is developed according to the requirements and acts as a quality gate towards the customer.

 Supports internal SW Testing and Development by reflecting the customer based experience and KnowHow and support new components and Bugfixing.

3. Requirements Profile

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

 Expertise with personal computers in a secure network environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint) or similar software
