The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. How you will contribute • PO tracker update and scan PO application form • Issue Debit Note in SAP • Bank Reconciliation • SAP Upload GL posting • VAT purchase account Reconciliation • T&E report data sorting • Statistics bureau report and submit system • GL reclass of cost center to fix system block (month end closing) • Monthly VAT invoice verification in local tax bureau • E-commerce cash flow and expense data sorting • Support Yearly Audit • Support tax filling and investigation from tax bureau, tax related data sorting • Contract chop and filling • GL and tax document filling • Independently communicate with biz partner and help Mgr. to chop company seal • Department admin support work, delivery express Who you are • Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and oral) , Italian is a plus • Finance, fashion, or commercial knowledge (courses) is preferred • Team player with smooth and mature inter-personal communication and organization skills • Knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, EXCEL, Power Point, Word) Why work with us?
