Working Content:
1. Responsible for the interview &onboard of leasing workers, including communication and coordination with suppliers (labor dispatching companies) &user departments, screening and distributing candidate resources, tracking interview results and completing the processes before workers’ entry;
2. Responsible for supporting employee relationship, including worker exit interview, disciplinary dismissal, contract renewal or renewal document preparation;
3. Make a systematic order for all employees' job changes, organizational changes, staff resignation and so on to achieve SAP update;
4. Support related work of department colleagues, BP and Manager;
5. Other matters assigned by manager.
Requirement:
1. Proficient in using word, Excel and other office software;
2. Flexible in work, strong communication skills and environmental adaptability.
3. English proficiency is generally required.
