1. Conduct customer survey: send survey request to user and collect survey feedback to summary the survey summary report. Need to communicate with customer to get on time survey response. Can do initial analyze according to survey result under guidance.

2. Help extract raw data from PMA and prepare rough reports for AS dashboard

3. Ad hoc tasks assigned by TL.
