- Translate and share VM guidelines from corporate/regional to key stakeholders
- Support on the seasonal window, advertising campaign launch
- Support on visual material ordering & delivery
- Support on organizing and maintaining clear record of window props, graphic, visual materials
- Support on turning design imagination/draft to reality
- Consolidate store display pictures
- Prepare monthly presentation reports as per line manager
- Support on contract, purchase order and payment process - ensure all process in compliance with corporate in-direct purchase policy as well as the global standards.

Intern Position 2:
JD
- Assist in designing and prototyping an AI agent and its skill focused on visual needs and planning (concept generation, image sourcing, layout zoning planning, analyzing Merchandising information, formatting, and visual reporting).
- Integrate and test Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and multimodal models (text + image understanding/generation).
- Build small automation scripts and pipelines that handle visual tasks: image processing, resizing/cropping, batch formatting, and assembling visual reports (e.g., PowerPoint/PDF).
- Help design, test, and refine prompts that make the agent produce accurate, on-brand visual outputs.
- Collaborate with designers and non-technical stakeholders to understand visual workflows and translate them into prompts and tools.
- Document code, prompts, and processes so the work is reusable and shareable.
- Keep up to date with new AI tools and evaluate whether they fit our needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Python programming — comfortable writing and debugging scripts.
- API integration — experience calling REST APIs and handling JSON (e.g., OpenClaw, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar).
- Prompt engineering — able to write clear, effective instructions for AI models and iterate to improve results.
- Basic understanding of LLMs — how they work, their strengths and limitations.
- Problem-solving & curiosity — you enjoy experimenting and figuring things out independently.
