岗位职责:
Daily administrative support to PM assistant
1) Support on flights booking of HzP
协助预定航班
2) Support on visitor accommodation arrangement: hotel booking, car rental, visa application and so on
访客接待工作:宾馆预定,租车,签证申请等
3) Other daily tasks, such as information collection, translation, as well as support on event organization
其他日常工作,如信息收集,翻译等工作
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
2.Can work full time and last 6 months 每周至少4天的工作时间,持续6个月
3.Good at MS software, including: Excel, Power point, Word, Visio 熟练使用office 软件,包括Excel, Power point, Word, Visio
4.English major, preferably with communication skill background 具备一定的英语表达能力,有良好沟通技巧
5.Good organization skills and team spirit 的组织技能和团队精神
