【工作环境】

公司位于上海市黄浦区新闸路356号（新闸路地铁站）。我们的team规模小，但够小资，苏州河滨，巨大落地窗，loft式精品办公，不间断提供免费现磨咖啡。老板同事都非常friendly，工作气氛超级好，互相学习，共同成长。

【工作内容】

• 完成公司内部实习生培训，加深对行业的了解，培养职业素养。

• 协助公司招聘，包括简历筛选、电话联络，以及参与面试候选人等。

• 协助猎头顾问指定的工作内容，包括信息搜索、分析候选人等。

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Our internship program is known for being one of the best on our market. Within an international environment, you will be given the opportunity to participate in: • In-house recruitment process (search, interview, select the candidate) • Recruitment for clients and research of potential candidates • Update and improvement of the database • Assistance on various projects (Market studies, Satisfaction survey, Clients research)

For this intern position a reasonable amount of compensation will be given REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree of any field (current students included) • Professional working proficiency in English (Chinese or other languages would be an advantage) • Initiative-oriented • Confident, logical and analytical personality • Interested in learning from successful headhunters and working in an international environment
