Responsibilities
1. Maintain strong relationships with optical retail partners and stores.
2. Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
3. Support in-store training to enhance sales staff’s product knowledge and selling skills.
4. Assist in handling customer complaints at stores, ensuring timely feedback and resolution.
5. Execute in-store marketing and promotional events, and support post-event evaluations.
6. Collect and analyze market insights to provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
1. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
2. Strong interest in smart hardware, consumer electronics, or optical retail industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.
4. Responsible, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to commit to a consistent weekly work schedule (to be discussed).
6. Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
