Job Objective:

1、Supporting research projects of Surface Conditioning, include but not limited to new slurry and process development

2、Support for hands on work in the lab including lab management, equipment operation and routine maintenance

3、Support market investigation, material sourcing and information analysis

Job Responsibilities:

1、Design and conduct the experiments, characterize the samples and analyze the data;

2、Conduct literature study, market investigation and information analysis;

3、Summarize the progress and write the report;

4、Communicate with team members about the progress;

5、Assist the EHS leader in lab EHS work;

6、Other study areas deem appropriate as the research projects of surface conditioning

Job Requirements:

1、MS/PhD candidates, major in materials engineering (inorganic material is favorable), chemistry,  chemical engineering or ceramic, with undergraduate degree from a renowned university.

2、Diverse knowledge background is preferred, familiar with ceramic processing, powder metallurgy and/or polishing is a plus.

3、Communication willing and skill, oral & written English, native Chinese speaker

4、Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability

5、Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility

6、Can work for 5 days per week, last for more than 6 months
