Key responsibility

1. Assist PM to set up and lead project team to delivery new product project or manage small project under the guidance of PM

2. Main tool is to use  OCP systems including risk management , the stage & gate process and requested deliverables;

3. Manage,communicate,  report and  escalate based on project progress and achievement
