Job Description ( Responsibilities ):
1. Internal Control Process Management: Undertake the collation and optimization of the company’s internal control processes, conduct alignment verification and improvement against the group’s internal control framework, so as to ensure the consistency between the company’s processes and the group’s standards and ensure the standardized operation of the internal control system.
2. Credit Risk Governance: Participate in the customer credit limit management, assist in identifying potential credit risks through regular review, track the progress of accounts receivable collection in a timely manner, and mitigate the risk of overdue payments.
3. Compliance Document Archiving: Be responsible for the collation, classification and filing of various internal approval documents of the department, strictly comply with compliance management regulations, and ensure the standardization, completeness and traceability of document storage.
4. Cost donw follow-up: Collect and consolidate reasonable product cost reduction proposals put forward by the sales department, establish a dynamic tracking ledger, and conduct regular follow-up on the promotion progress and implementation effect of cost reduction initiatives.
5. Financial Data Analysis: Assist in conducting in-depth analysis of sales revenue and gross profit, including but not limited to mixed volume-price variance analysis and cost structure fluctuation analysis, sort out analysis findings and compile basic analytical reports.
6. Assist in completing other financial auxiliary tasks assigned by the department to support the efficient operation of the team.
