Job Description
- Help to build team effectiveness by means of consulting and workshop
- Assist HR dashboard and analysis;
- Support to build an inclusive, diverse and highly engaged organization with a growth mindset; participate in engagement survey, Growing Here Weeks and etc.
- Communicate actively with team members and employees from other functions; help with posters, newsletters and WeChat promotion
- Support to roll out talent program, incl. Senior Executives Academy, Hi-Po Development Centre and Mid-level Talent Acceleration Program, etc.
- Translate learning and capability materials
Requirements
- At least work for six months, 4 days/week
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to design and refine posters with Photoshop
- Patient, responsible, self-driven and able to work under pressure
- Agile and able to work on a wide range of tasks and projects
- Digital savvy is a plus
