Job Responsibilities:

•            Legal research on Chinese laws, regulations and policies, including telephone consultation with government authorities

•            Translation of legal and other documents into English or Chinese

•            Research on potential target companies and strategic partners

•            Preparation of presentation materials

•            Document filing and maintenance

•            General administrative support

Job Requirements:

•            Law school students

•            International law major preferred

•            Fluent in written and spoken English and passed CET-6 or above

•            Candidates with legal translation experience preferred

•            Candidates with Working experience at law firms or foreign invested companies preferred

•            Good communication and coordination skills

•            Detail-oriented and well organized
