• Work closely with the training managers to understand their needs and requirements;
• To be responsible to arrange all the logistics for the training programme with minimum supervision from training managers (such as collect the course enrolment, arrange the course materials, monitor the course attendance, collect the course feedback, and arrange air-tickets and hotel for the trainers);
• Answer enquiries from internal users, including partners;
• To prepare various course related reports;
• To monitor the course actual expenditure VS budget;
• To provide inputs to the programs arrangements;
• Other ad-hoc tasks: data organization, PPT creation and enhancement, etc.
• Commit to working at least 4 days per week.
• Based Kampus.
