· Response for Hiring activity, especially blue collars employee /Technician;
· Leading all New Employee on board process & employee exit process;
· Training plan implement & people development plan execution
· Performance Managements such as Goal Setting, performance tracking and evaluations
· Culture Enhancement:G -star Recognition program/Gates Culture program deployment
· Internship management: includes internship agreement/Insurance/Service fee application;
· Coordinate with EHS dept. on related employee occupational hazard health check & annual health check activity;
· Working closely with all departments on employee development by on job training or other channels
· Other assigned tasks.
