Provide technical support through
the development, deployment, and troubleshooting of citizen developer
solutions (Microsoft Power Platform, AgilePoint, etc).
Promote the awareness and answer
questions from community related to the citizen developer best practices,
to ensure user developed solution is easy to maintain for long run.
Design and develop solutions using
citizen developer tools, based on gathered business requirements.
Design and create IT
communications (Newsletter, IT Tips, Yammer Posts, Videos) to help local
users better understand and apply new features and available tools.
Translate English IT communication
and articles for better understanding in local communities.
EXPERIENCES & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Quick learner with passion for new
technologies.
Familiar at least one programming
language.
Experienced in project
implementation. Understand basic project end-to-end lifecycle.
Good communication and
interpersonal skills.
Good at both oral and written
English (CET-4 preferred).
