职责描述：

為客戶提供優質的服務，滿足其需求和期望，並肩負“ANEST COLLECTIVE 品牌大使”使命推廣品牌理念和品牌文化，提高客戶對品牌的鍾愛和忠誠度。

職位內容

- 提供與品牌形象相匹配的優質客戶服務, 傾聽與超乎客戶需求的協助、展示出色的商品知識給客戶與眾不同的服務經驗. 同時學習了解品牌與奢侈品行業相關知識

Provides excellent customer service, consistent with brand image. Keeps learning about the brand and luxury retail knowledge

- 確保客人即時了解各項品牌訊息包括新產品, 服務, 或其它改變等等

Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.

- 保持舒適的溝物環境與維護高優質的品牌店舖形象

Maintains a pleasant shopping environment, keeping the high standard of the boutique image

- 執行銷售計劃並能參與配合品牌市場活動

Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and programs

- 紀錄統整並匯報銷售數據

Keeps records and reports on sales activities

- 其他安排的工作職責
