Responsibilities: ResponsibilitiesSupport IT system team on daily operational routines, track daily results, project deck consolidation, meeting set-up and coordinationParticipate to offline/online implementation activityExecute and track finance system, HR system and workflow platform, conduct A/B testingAssist with collecting and monitoring daily system integration activitiesLiaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth activity deploymentHelp to the optimization of the global business workflow, be force of initiatives and proposition to improve internal operation efficiencyLeverage external resources and explore partnership opportunities to improve the internal workflow programWork closely with finance, HR, Ops team by helping to answer and deal with finance and Ops program issuesAdministrative support: help with legal/ payment follow-up Qualifications Good English for verbal and written communication skillsExcellent communication skill.Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office - PPT, Word, and Excel).Sincere and open-minded, active player, devoted with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit 投递要求： 简历要求：中英文 上海本科 3 天／周 实习 3 个月
