Job Description:
Mission and Purpose:
Audi China Purchasing plays a significant roles and takes the responsibility to build up competitive cost structure of local purchasing parts, to ensure the supply chain excellence and in particularly to optimize the Chinese supplier portfolio. The key tasks of Audi China Purchasing aim mainly at supporting the realization of purchasing strategy of Audi AG and the whole success of Audi in China region. Audi China Purchasing has leading function and plays as driving force in the following business contents and processes: common sourcing, strategy and decision committee management, development and service sourcing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take part in and support daily sourcing process daily sourcing projects tracking
• Support the buyers to prepare the sourcing package
• Support to contact suppliers for the collection of offers and technical concepts
• Coordination and exchange of information between Ingolstadt and Beijing
• Organization of telephone/video conference with Ingolstadt and Suppliers
• Organize common negotiations (meeting room, participants, transfer etc.)
• Preparation of management presentations
• Preparation of decision committee presentations
• Organize and prepare agenda of decision committee
Qualifications:
Education Background:
• on the way to Bachelor or master degree
Professional Skills:
• Proficiency in MS office(PPT, Excel, PPT)
Competence Requirements:
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientation
• Excellent organization, problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to work productively under pressure and be flexible for various tasks
Language Skills:
• Good command of English in speaking and writing
• German is preferred
