The Role: Financial Operations team aims to deliver operation excellence of client transaction lifecycle and manage liquidity to support company business growth across the globe. As a Financial Ops intern, you will have extensive interaction with the Greater China business stakeholders and closely partner other Ops teams in Greater China and internationally. Responsibilities: 1. Perform transaction and settlement reconciliation, investigate and clean up breaks, to ensure transactions processed and settled within standard timeline. 完成交易对账,调查不平账目原因以及跟踪失败交易,以保证交易正常处理和结算。 2. Monitor end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, handle enquiries, detect exceptions from data reports and dashboard in a timely manner, assist to communicate with team and other departments of Finance, Customer Service, and Products to handle issues. 监控客户交易全流程,通过系统报表和数据看板及时发现异常交易,协助团队与财务、客服、产品等其他部门沟通处理差错失败和异常情况。 3. Monitor bank account status, cash balance positions, and funds in flight, to assist in daily liquidity management. 监控银行账户状态和余额管理,追踪在途资金,以协助日常流动性管理。 4. Assist to maintain team knowledge base, refine the standard operating procedures, to achieve systemization and automation, and operational optimization. 协助维护团队知识库、更新标准操作流程,以推系统自动化和运营优化。 Qualifications: 1. Self-starter, able to work independently when needed, and to priorities tasks; 2. Experience working in a global, dynamic environment is a plus; 3. Attention to details with strong follow-up and good judgment; 4. Experience with MS Office; technical skillset of VBA, SQL, and visualization tools of Tableau, Looker, Data Studio is a plus 5. Skilled written and verbal communicator in both Mandarin and English; 6. Be able to work at least 4 days per week;
