Qualification required

Bachelor degree or above

Both spoken & written English & Chinese fluent

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and video making

Good organization skills, strong sense of responsibility, time response, fast learner

Strong communication skill, team work, taking care the details, result oriented

Support on team event

Support cost tracking, procurement and payment handling and related documents

Coordinate different parties

Administrative tasks and support to daily office work

Documentation delivery, collection and archiving in time

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
